How We Use Your Data
We use the data we collect from you in several ways to provide and optimize Jarva’s services, particularly to enhance the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns. Our primary focus is to ensure your ads are optimized across all platforms and that Jarva continues to learn and improve using the data you provide. Here’s a breakdown of how we use your data:
1. Running and Optimizing Campaigns: Jarva uses your ad account data, shop data, and social media metrics to create, monitor, and optimize marketing campaigns in real time. By analyzing campaign performance and user engagement, Jarva adjusts ad targeting, budgeting, and delivery to ensure the best possible results.
2. Training and Improving Jarva’s AI: As an AI-driven marketing platform, Jarva’s effectiveness is deeply connected to its ability to learn from the data it processes. When you use Jarva, the data you provide (such as ad performance, shop data, and campaign metrics) is fed into our machine learning models. This data allows our AI to:
- Learn Patterns: The AI detects patterns in how users interact with your ads, which platforms perform best for your products, and which content drives the most conversions. Over time, it uses these patterns to optimize future campaigns.
- Improve Targeting: By analyzing historical campaign data, Jarva’s AI becomes more effective at identifying the right audiences for your ads, ensuring that your marketing efforts reach the people most likely to engage.
- Adapt in Real-Time: The AI continually learns from new data, allowing it to adjust campaigns in real time. Whether that’s changing ad spend distribution or retargeting strategies, Jarva’s AI is designed to evolve with every interaction.
Important: While your data is used to train and improve the AI’s models, this process is fully anonymized. Your personal information (e.g., name, email) is never shared or exposed in the training process. We strictly use non-personal data like performance metrics and user interactions with your ads to refine the AI’s understanding of campaign efficiency.
3. Personalization of Campaigns: Jarva uses the data from your online store and social media accounts to tailor your marketing campaigns to your specific needs. For instance, product details, pricing information, and customer behavior are factored into the way Jarva sets up and optimizes your ads. This helps ensure that each campaign is relevant to your audience and drives higher engagement.
4. User and Account Support: “We use your account information (such as name and email) to provide support and service-related communications, and, where permitted by law, to inform you about new features or updates. This includes notifying you of new features, responding to inquiries, and assisting with any troubleshooting needs.
5. Data Analytics and Insights: Jarva not only runs your campaigns but also provides you with detailed analytics on how your ads perform. The AI uses the data it collects to generate reports and insights, showing which campaigns perform best, which audiences engage most, and how to improve future campaigns. These insights are derived from the data you provide and are aimed at helping you make more informed decisions.
6. Compliance with Legal Requirements: In certain cases, we may need to use your data to comply with legal obligations, such as regulatory requirements or law enforcement requests. However, this will only happen if it is required by law, and we will ensure that your privacy is respected in the process.
Jarva processes personal data in accordance with the purposes and legal bases described in this Privacy Statement.
